What is Light LanguageLight Language is a frequency, a vibration, a multidimensional expression of light and energy, an expression of Universal love. It is a form of healing, for our souls, our hearts, bodies and beyond.
Similar to Sound healing with crystal bowls, the vibrational sounds are channelled through my voice by either speaking, toning or singing light language. It is a way to transmit codes of energetic light and frequency, which can also activate; Soul memories, self love, spiritual awakening, abundance, ascension and more. It helps to clear stuck, stagnant energy with its sounds and frequency. The healing goes into our cells, into our light body, our DNA. |
Healing with Light LanguageI believe that light language is a sacred gift that speaks to us on a soul level. Our human brain can’t and won’t be able to understand it, despite how much it might try to figure out what different phrases and words might mean!
So, if you’re receiving a light language healing I would really recommend that you try to let go, surrender to the beauty and mystery of the sounds, and resist trying to figure out what the translations might be – trust me, all that will do is stifle the experience and you’ll never work out what the languages mean. The Language of Light is rich with the information of Love and healing that is inherent to Life. The beauty of Light Language is that it is exactly what you need, when you need it. |

Sarah is a Shiatsu Practitioner, Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Energy Healer who shares Light Language as a modality for energy healing, specifically through the voice, toning or singing. She started speaking light language 8 years ago during a Shiatsu session with her client, she wasn't sure what she was channeling at the time as it didn't sound like any language she had heard before but realised she was channeling galactic messages and healing for her client to receive.
Since then she uses light language for self healing and healing others in sessions all depending on the vibration of the client and what's needed for them. It usually comes through when working with heart energies or stuck or stagnant ki in the body. Or if the client is too much in the mind or overthinking as it bypasses the mind. "I believe the body possesses an innate ability to heal itself and resound in harmony when we begin to interact more consciously with the vibrations within and all around us". |
